What is it that Norm loves most about his work in the financial services industry? "It's so gratifying helping people help themselves.  I learned the hard way about the importance of sound financial advice in my own life, and realized that there are a lot of other people who do not have adequate investment knowledge.  It's become my mission to educate my clients so that they can pursue financial independence."
